Every company in the group, on one page.

A chain where each shop is its own company, or an owner with a few businesses. Each company keeps its own books in Summarly, and you see them side by side, with a total — without waiting for anyone to send you a spreadsheet.

Every company, side by side

One chart and one table, with a column for each company and a total. What the tills took in cash and by card, the income the books show, and what was paid out. For today, this week, this month or the year.

Each company keeps its own books

Every company has its own workspace: its bank statements, receipts, invoices, VAT and payroll. Its figures in the group are the same ones its own profit and loss shows.

One team, access per company

Add your people once and give each the companies they work on. A shop manager sees one shop. The group’s accountant sees them all.

From the total to the line

Press a company to open its books, or look through the transactions of every company in one list.

Side by side, not consolidated

Nothing is cancelled out between companies: money one paid another counts as a cost in one and income in the other. Companies in different currencies get a total each. During the pilot a group is free, and we set it up with you.
