Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Summarly. By using the service you agree to them. Summarly is operated by A.E.A. Tech Data Product Limited, a company registered in Cyprus [CONFIRM: registration number].

What Summarly does

Summarly is a pre-accounting tool. It collects your bank transactions, helps you categorize them, matches receipts, and prepares reports and exports for your accountant. It is not an accountant, auditor, or tax adviser, and it does not file anything on your behalf. Figures, categories, and tax or compliance estimates are provided for your convenience and must be reviewed by you and a qualified professional before you rely on them.

Access during the alpha

Summarly is currently invite-only and provided free of charge during the alpha. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may end the alpha or introduce pricing in the future — with reasonable advance notice. Your data remains yours and exportable at any time.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity in your workspace.
  • You may invite others (such as your accountant) to your workspace. You are responsible for who you invite and what they can see.
  • You must have the right to upload the data and files you put into Summarly.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Summarly to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, attempt to access other customers’ data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

You own your data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export a full copy or permanently delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Privacy & data.

Disclaimers & liability

Summarly is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that categorizations, matches, or estimates are accurate or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summarly is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made in reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email before they take effect.
